Absolutely. Your plan is reviewed every six months and can be adjusted anytime your transaction volume or needs change. We never lock you into something that does not fit.
Not necessarily. If you are new to QBO, we will set it up for you (one-time setup fee applies). If you are already on QBO, we simply connect and take it from there.
No judgement, it is more common than you would think. We offer catch-up bookkeeping as a separate one-time service to get your records current. Once caught up, we move into your monthly plan.
We operate month-to-month after an initial 3-month onboarding period. After that, you can cancel with 30 days notice.
