The Process

How It Works

No long contracts, no confusing onboarding. Just a straightforward process that gets your books clean and keeps them that way.

Discovery Call

We hop on a quick call. Marko listens to what you're struggling with and requests view-only access to your QuickBooks, or your last few months of bank and credit card statements if you don't have it yet.

Diagnostic + Fixed Quote

Marko reviews your setup, flags any issues he spots, and sends you a short diagnostic with a clear fixed-price quote (monthly retainer plus any one-time catch-up fee for past months).

Sign & Onboard

You say yes and sign the proposal. Marko sends one email collecting everything needed: bank access, your POS system (Square, etc.), payroll info if you have staff, and your most recent tax return.

Cleanup & QBO Setup

The catch-up fee is paid upfront. Marko cleans everything and sets your books up properly in QuickBooks Online, with Square syncing for daily sales, inventory/COGS if needed, and HST handled correctly.

Monthly Autopilot Begins

From this point on, everything runs in the background. Reconciliations, reports, and filings are handled remotely every month. You get clean financials in your inbox and nothing falls through the cracks.
